WHO WE ARe

Safe Place Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing food, shelter, education, resources, and life-skills training to youth and community members. Safe Place's mission started with $50 and the desire to meet the needs of the community during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We realized that so many people were out of work and confined to their homes, struggling to provide for their families. Our founder, SaPerior Patton, felt a calling to prepare and deliver hot meals to those who needed them. Since 2020, Safe Place Foundation, Inc. has delivered over 15,000 meals, aided in securing permanent housing for homeless families, supplied hotel rooms for those in need of temporary housing, and provided resources to countless members of the community.
